Minor flooding associated with high tide was forecast along Northeast Florida’s coast and the St. Johns River basin through the evening of Sept. 29. Anastasia campers were advised to check conditions at beaches, boat ramps, and low-lying roads separately from campground operating status.
Parts of the Texas South Plains and southwestern Panhandle were forecast to receive 1–2 inches of rain, with localized totals of 3–4 inches. A Flood Watch including Muleshoe, Dimmitt, and Tulia remained in effect through 1 p.m. on September 30.
A Flood Watch for southwestern Colorado and southeastern Utah remains in effect through 6 a.m. on September 30. RV travelers passing through Ridgway and Durango should check stream crossings, unpaved access roads, and campground-specific access conditions.
The Jim Thorpe Fall Foliage Festival takes place October 3–4, 10–11, and 17–18, with free festival admission. RV travelers should confirm downtown oversized-vehicle parking rates and shuttle hours, while arranging overnight camping separately.

The 37th Fall Detroit RV & Camping Show in Novi runs from September 30 through October 4. Free Wednesday parking and Thursday buy-one-get-one admission apply on different days and under different purchase terms, so visitors should distinguish between them when planning a visit.
West to southwest wind gusts were forecast to strengthen across interior Washington on September 29, with parts of the Waterville Plateau expected to see gusts of 35 to 45 mph. RV travelers on Highway 2 and campers at Banks Lake should reconsider their travel timing and water plans.
A Flood Watch was in effect for eastern New Mexico, including Las Vegas, from 6 p.m. September 28 through 6 a.m. September 30. RV travelers staying at Storrie Lake should also check for additional rainfall, low-lying access roads, and separate park operating notices.
Forecast rainfall totals of 1.5–2 inches are expected around Flagstaff and Sedona, while a Flood Watch for northern Arizona remains in effect through the night of Sept. 29. RV travelers should recheck canyon and stream-crossing routes, as well as conditions on unpaved campground access roads.
